Sea Art

“Spirits of the Sea” reached over 25,000 students and was seen by over 50,000 patrons when it originally toured. For the 2006-2007 school year “Spirits” has been redesigned and is now called-
“Sea Art”. This programs does the impossible it brings the Ocean Realm to your school using giant puppets like “Humphrey” our 14 foot long humpback whale puppet. We work with the entire student population of your school to create this performance program and artist in residency program for your parents and community. This program supports Natural Science and Arts Education for your students. Please call theatre staff to find ways of bringing the program to your school.

“Forest of Rain”
 Supported by a grant from Trust Management Services of Oregon & The PGE Foundation

“Forest of Rain” is the 34th original production of OCCT. And takes the audience on a journey into the Rain Forests of the World through the eyes of a Kinkajou named “Kia”. Using puppets, masked performers, video projection, and special effects the show works with schools through an artist in residency program.  Call OCCT Staff to find out how “Forest of Rain” can weave it’s magic in your school and community. This program supports Natural Science and Arts Education for your students. Please call theatre staff to find ways of bringing the program to your school.
